Product description
The TLT 1400 is a blister machine designed for the primary packaging of tablets, capsules and coated tablets. It reliably processes standard forming films and aluminum lidding foils while meeting the demanding requirements of modern pharmaceutical production environments in terms of process reliability, flexibility and ease of operation.
The consistent separation of the production and drive areas, together with the fully enclosed product feeding zone, reliably protects both the product and packaging materials from external influences. Thanks to its modular machine architecture, the TLT 1400 can be installed quickly and adapted flexibly to different production requirements. HMI-guided format changeovers and cost-effective format parts enable short changeover times and minimize downtime.
A key advantage for existing TLT users is compatibility with format sets from the previous TLT generation. Existing tooling can therefore continue to be used, reducing investment costs and simplifying the transition to the new machine generation.
