• Can the technologies also be integrated into existing packaging lines?

  Yes. Many of our technologies can be integrated into both new and existing packaging lines. Thanks to open interfaces and modular concepts, our solutions can be flexibly adapted to existing production environments.

• Can the technologies be integrated into packaging lines from other machine manufacturers?

  Yes. Our technologies are designed for integration into both new and existing packaging lines. For example, our cartoning machines, track & trace solutions, and feeding systems can be seamlessly combined with filling and capping machines from other leading manufacturers. Thanks to open interfaces and our many years of integration experience, we ensure the smooth interaction of all components.

• Can third-party machines and systems be integrated?

  Yes. As a turnkey partner, we integrate not only our own technologies but also qualified third-party systems. These can include labeling systems, inspection systems, case packers, palletizers, and other end-of-line components. This creates a seamless packaging line in which all systems are optimally coordinated.

  Yes. Different primary packaging components can be easily combined in a single folding carton. ROTZINGER PharmaPack has many years of experience in developing customized combination packs and works closely with customers to create packaging concepts tailored to their specific requirements.

• Can different packaging components be processed on the same packaging line?

  Depending on the machine configuration, different packaging components can be processed on the same packaging line. For example, a single line can package vials today, syringes tomorrow, and combination packs afterwards.

• Can products other than those shown here also be packaged?

  The packaging solutions shown represent exemplary applications and our core areas of expertise. In addition, we develop packaging solutions for a wide range of other products and individual customer requirements.

• Are the packaging solutions also suitable for other industries?

  In addition to the pharmaceutical industry, we have been developing and implementing packaging solutions for the cosmetics, personal care, and food industries for many years. We also have experience in a range of other industries.
