Which cartoning machine is right for my requirements?
Selecting the right cartoning machine depends primarily on the desired output volume, the size and format of the packaging, and the required machine movement. Depending on the application, an intermittent or continuous cartoning machine may be the better choice. Together, we will analyze your requirements and recommend the solution that best suits your product and production.
When is an intermittent cartoning machine the right choice, and when is a continuous cartoning machine the right choice?
Intermittent cartoning machines are particularly suitable for small to medium output volumes and for applications with frequent format changes or complex packaging configurations. Continuous cartoning machines excel at high production rates and consistent processes. Which technology is the better choice depends on your application and production goals.
What factors influence the output of a cartoning machine?
The achievable output quantity is influenced by several factors. These include, among others, the product, the packaging configuration, the type of product feeding, the number of products per folding carton, and the integration of further process steps within the packaging line.
Can all cartoning machines be integrated equally with upstream and downstream systems?
In principle, all our cartoning machines can be integrated into upstream and downstream systems. However, depending on the application and line concept, one cartoning type may be more suitable than another. Together, we will analyze your requirements and develop the solution that integrates seamlessly into your packaging line.
