Cartoner The CUC is a continuous-motion cartoner designed for high production outputs. It combines maximum flexibility with state-of-the-art servo technology, offering excellent accessibility, high process reliability and ergonomic operation. The fully servo-driven carton pusher enables fast and repeatable format changeovers, while the maintenance-free carton transport system without chains or belts ensures reliable operation.
Thanks to its modular machine concept, the CUC can be flexibly adapted to different packaging requirements and expanded at any time with additional feeding modules or carton closure options. It is suitable for a wide range of pharmaceutical products, including blisters, vials, bottles and ampoules, ensuring gentle and reliable product and carton handling.
