For more than 160 years, Rotzinger PharmaPack has stood for innovative packaging and automation solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. At our site in Waiblingen near Stuttgart, we develop high-performance machines and complete solutions for the safe packaging of pharmaceutical products.

Part of a strong network

Since March 2026, Rotzinger PharmaPack has been part of the international MECH-I-TRONIC Group. The group develops and manufactures customized mechatronic solutions and brings together several highly specialized companies with extensive expertise in packaging automation, automated assembly lines, and plastic extrusion and injection molding technologies.

As the competence center for pharmaceutical packaging and Track & Trace solutions, Rotzinger PharmaPack complements the group's technology portfolio. At the same time, our customers benefit from an international network, combined engineering expertise and innovative solutions tailored precisely to their individual requirements.

Our history

The roots of Rotzinger PharmaPack date back to 1861. With Geiger & Hesser and Höfliger + Karg, the company combines the heritage of two pioneers of the German packaging machinery industry, from which Bosch Packaging Technologies later emerged. Since 2021, the company has operated under the name Rotzinger PharmaPack GmbH and, since March 2026, has been part of the international MECH-I-TRONIC (MIT) Group. Today, Rotzinger PharmaPack develops and manufactures innovative packaging and automation solutions for the pharmaceutical industry at its Waiblingen site.
