Packaging development

• Can I receive samples of the developed packaging solution in advance?

  Yes. We provide physical samples of the developed packaging solution, such as inlays or folding boxes. This allows the packaging concept, product protection, and handling to be comprehensively evaluated and tested before series production begins.

• I already have a finished packaging design. Is it possible to automate the packaging process?

  We examine this together with our customers. Already in the concept phase, we assess the feasibility of automating the packaging and, if necessary, develop a solution that meets both the packaging requirements and an economical production process.

• Can different packaging materials be combined in one folding box?

  Different packaging materials can easily be combined in a single folding carton. ROTZINGER PharmaPack has many years of experience with customized combination packs and works with its customers to develop tailored packaging concepts.

• Does ROTZINGER PharmaPack also offer sustainable packaging solutions?

  Yes. We consider sustainable packaging concepts right from the packaging development stage. In addition to classic plastic solutions, we also develop paper-based packaging solutions such as our Eco Save Pack solution. Together, we find the right concept for the specific requirements regarding product protection, sustainability, and automation.
