Can a cartoning machine with manual product feeding be retrofitted with an automatic product feeding system?
Many existing cartoning machines can be retrofitted with an automatic product feeder. Integrating a Multifunctional Robot Unit (MRU) automates manual feeding and allows the packaging line to be flexibly adapted to increasing production demands.
Can a Multifunctional Robot Unit (MRU) feed different products?
The MRU was designed for maximum flexibility and can process different container types on a single packaging line, depending on the application. This allows, for example, vials, syringes, cartridges, or other pharmaceutical products to be fed and handled with quick format changes and without complex mechanical modifications.
Can an existing product feeder be converted for other products?
Modern robot-assisted feeding systems like the Multifunctional Robot Unit (MRU) are designed for maximum flexibility. For example, if vials were previously packaged and syringes, cartridges, or other products are to be processed in the future, the MRU can be adapted to the new requirements. This often allows new products to be processed on the same packaging line without having to replace the entire feeding system.
