Precise product flow for maximum line performance

Feeding & handling systems

The Multifunctional Robot Unit (MRU) is the intelligent core of our product feeding and handling systems. Whether feeding products, buffering or precise product handling, the MRU performs a wide range of tasks within the packaging line and adapts flexibly to different products and production requirements.

One unit – multiple functions

Feeding and handling systems

Product feeding

The MRU receives products either from upstream production processes or via manual loading by an operator. Thanks to intelligent robotics, products are precisely detected, picked and accurately positioned for the next process step.

Product handling

Sensitive pharmaceutical products are handled safely and gently. High positioning accuracy ensures repeatable processes and maximum process reliability, even at high production speeds.

Intelligent buffering

The MRU can temporarily buffer products and compensate for different cycle times between individual machines. This reduces micro-stops and ensures a continuous product flow throughout the packaging line.
